X Cleaning Services – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding contract between the Client (“You”) and X Cleaning Services (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) for the provision of professional cleaning services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below, along with any service-specific clauses provided at the time of scheduling.
1. Scope of Services
1.1. Standard Cleaning
Includes surface-level cleaning of accessible areas such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, trash removal, and light organization. Detailed checklists are available upon request or may be customized for recurring service agreements.
1.2. Deep Cleaning
A comprehensive service intended for first-time cleanings, seasonal resets, or neglected spaces. It includes build-up removal, interior cabinet/appliance cleaning (if emptied), baseboards, fixtures, hard-to-reach areas, and other detailed work.
1.3. Airbnb / Vacation Rental Turnovers
Includes guest-prep cleaning based on your checklist, bed staging, towel replacement, restocking (if items are available), basic inspection for guest-related damages, and trash disposal. Laundry is not included unless arranged separately and with on-site machine access.
1.4. Post-Construction Cleaning
Delivered in phases (Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Touch-Up Clean) to remove construction debris, surface dust, and ensure a move-in-ready presentation. Requires property to be free of active construction activity. Additional time may be charged based on dust level and debris condition.
2. Exclusions & Limitations
X Cleaning Services does not provide:

Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning

Outdoor or yard maintenance

Mold, biohazard, or hazardous material removal

Pet waste, urine, vomit, or litter box cleaning

Heavy decluttering, packing, or professional organization

Lifting or moving of large furniture or appliances
-
Structural post-renovation remediation unless pre-approved
-
Repair of damages or items embedded beyond surface level
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and successful cleaning service, the Client agrees to:

Provide clear and safe access at the scheduled time (via key, lockbox, code, or in-person)

Secure pets away from work areas

Inform the Company in advance of recent painting, construction, pest activity, or safety hazards

Remove or secure fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items
-
Empty cabinets, drawers, and appliances when requesting interior cleaning
-
Provide updated instructions for access (e.g., Airbnb entry codes)
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in additional charges, time extensions, or service refusal on-site.
4. Supplies & Equipment
The Company provides all standard professional-grade cleaning supplies and tools. Should the Client require use of specific products (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, etc.), these must be:

5. Scheduling & Access

Cleanings are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays.

Airbnb turnover services operate between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, and no prior arrangements were made, a lockout fee or full service charge may apply.
6. Pricing, Billing & Payments

All services are quoted based on property size, condition, and service type.

Hourly or flat-rate pricing may apply depending on the service.

For deep or post-construction cleaning, a 50% deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of each service unless a monthly billing agreement has been arranged (e.g., Airbnb cleaning).

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service and additional fees.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
-
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a partial charge or deposit loss.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

Rescheduling is subject to team availability.
Frequent schedule changes (especially for turnover services) must be communicated promptly to avoid calendar conflicts.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern, free of charge, provided they fall within the original agreed scope. Requests submitted beyond 24 hours or related to added tasks may not qualify.
9. Damage & Liability

Please report any damage or concerns within 48 hours of service completion.

If the Company is found responsible for accidental damage, we will offer repair, replacement, or monetary compensation as appropriate.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions or wear and tear

Unsecured valuables, breakables, or art

Improperly installed fixtures or appliances

Clients are encouraged to review their space before and after service.
10. Insurance & Licensing
X Cleaning Services is a fully licensed and insured cleaning company. Our coverage includes liability and worker protections. Clients may request proof of insurance upon request.
11. Confidentiality & Data Security
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, access codes, and internal property details. No client data is shared with third parties. Any photos taken for training or internal quality control will never be made public without written consent.
12. Photo Documentation
We may take before-and-after photos for training, quality assurance, or recordkeeping. These images will remain confidential and used only for internal purposes unless authorized by you in writing.
13. Service Cancellation Policy (Ongoing Contracts)
For recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly), either party may terminate the service agreement with a 15-day written notice. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concerns prior to cancellation.
